“Josh shows a great deal of dedication to his work. His mind was regularly in high gear about ideas, improvements and value-add. Though the digital work was clearly his domain, he also thinks more broadly about the business and looks to develop ideas beyond that area of focus. I found him reliable, valuable, and trustworthy and would happily hire him again in another organization.”

I enjoy working on collaborative teams to brainstorm, sketch, talk to and learn from real users, solve difficult problems, and manage projects and team members. I use a data driven methodology to better understand complex challenges and user needs.
As the Digital Strategy Manager I worked with the interdepartmental leadership team to identify unmet needs, goals, and opportunities in all aspects of web and digital marketing.
As a UX Consultant I worked on three of NRG's retail electricity provider brands: Reliant Energy, Cirro Energy, and Pennywise Power.
We partnered with great brands to accomplish business objectives through online solutions. Some of our clients include Dell, American Cancer Society, Texas Education Agency, Austin Bar Association, Birds Barbershop, Austin Monitor, and The Long Center.
Reported directly to the president of the company and during my tenure I jumped around where needed and learned almost every aspect of how the company operated. I was responsible for creating responses to government RFPs in effort to gain new business. I also built most the digital projects.
